Juraj Czinege‘s move to Turkish Elazigspor has been confirmed last night. Former Inter Bratislava player accepted the terms and agreed on a two and a half year contract. All the financial details have already been discussed at the weekend. After passing the medicals and agreeing on everything, the player signed the contract. „It was a typical Turkish negotiation. Although the first meeting was scheduled for Saturday afternoon, Turkish officials arrived at quarter past nine in the evening with a smile on their faces. First we agreed on everything, but then they backed out and we had further discussions. Finally, we made a deal and even received kisses from them“, revealed the player‘s agent
Jozef Tokos.
Czinege himself expressed his satisfaction as well. „I wanted a move from Inter, I got an offer from Turkey, we agreed on everything and now I am here“, he summed up. "I know it will be much different than my previous offer from Austria would be, but I am sure I will get used to it soon. I don't need any shopping centres, I came to play football, and here I have everything I need to do so", he added.
