Czinege takes legal action against Inter
Zdroj: Pravda, (bv)The very confusing Juraj Czinege case hasn´t made progress after the Thursday´s meeting. Present at the meeting were FIFA licensed agents Juraj Venglos and Jozef Tokos and also Vladimir Wanke, Slovakia Football Association Sports Director.
The player withdrew from the contract (the club wasn´t fulfilling the financial duties given in the contract) and is now preparing with the Austrian team AK Graz for the new season. According to Wanke, SFA hasn´t given out the international clearance for this player (insufficient documents). Now it is FIFA´s turn to decide whether or not Czinege will be allowed to change the club. FIFA might even suggest a temporary clearance and that way the player would be allowed to play until they will get the things straight. According to Jozef Tokos this case should be resolved in Slovakia without FIFA getting involved because it is simply about whether or not Czinege´s contract withdrawal was in compliance with the Slovak law and the Civil Code. Czinege, who is determined to demand the liquidated damages, decided to seek an indictment against ASK Inter Bratislava that still owes the player money.
