Jan Mucha 3rd best Slovak footballer in 2009!

Jan Mucha is the 3rd best Slovak football player of the year 2009! He has been awarded in a competition organised by the Slovak FA and Pravda Daily at a ceremony held tonight in Zilina. 31 leading experts (17 coaches of the Slovak FA and clubs + 14 journalists) cast their votes.
 
Jan got 244 points out of 310 possible closely behind Stanislav Sestak of VfL Bochum (264 points) and the winner Marek Hamsik of SSC Napoli (295 points) ahead of, among others, Martin Skrtel of FC Liverpool (237 points) and Filip Holosko of Besiktas (105 points).  24 players got at least 1 point.
