Football players want trade unions
Zdroj: SITAIn the course of several months an official trade union organisation of professional football players should be established. „We want to protect common interests of football players towards the clubs and the Slovak FA as well as provide support to our members, especially when solving labour legal and other disputes relating to sports activity,“ said the captain of Artmedia Petrzalka Stefan Maixner at a press conference yesterday. He and his 9 colleagues from other Corgon League clubs set up a board of captains of premier league clubs. The board will represent players until trade unions are officially set up.
