Slovak defender Marian Ferenc close to a move in the Czech second division

Slovak football defender Marian Ferenc is on trial with the Czech second-division club FC Hradec Králové. The recently relegated team from the 2012/2013 Gambrinus Liga announced the news on its official website. Ferenc last played for the second-division side TJ Baník Ruziná. “At his former club he played as a left-back. He is currently on trial with us, and his future will be decided after the training camp in Ústí nad Orlicí,” stated the club’s website www.fchk.cz.

“Marian played the second half of Monday’s friendly against Trenčín, and after he was fouled, Hradec Králové were awarded a penalty. He will remain on trial with the Czech team until the end of the week, after which a decision will be made about his future. On Thursday he will also take part in a friendly against Slovan Bratislava,” player’s agent Jozef Tokos told the SITA agency.
