Empoli FC successful at the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber
After Jozef Tokos had initiated and analyzed the training compensation case relating to the player Ricardo Jose Araujo Ferreira for the Italian club Empoli FC, he subsequently intermediated the legal representation. Empoli FC was successful at the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber in his dispute with the Portuguese club Olhanense. According to the DRC verdict, Olhanense was obliged to pay to Empoli FC the owed training compensation. Subsequently, the clubs agreed on an out of court settlement.
