Roda Kerkrade successful at the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber
After Jozef Tokos had initiated and analyzed the training compensation case relating to the player Amin Affane for the Dutch club Roda Kerkrade, he subsequently intermediated the legal representation. Roda Kerkrade was successful at the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber in his dispute with the German club Energie Cottbus. According to the DRC verdict, Energie Cottbus was obliged to pay to Roda Kerkrade the owed training compensation. Subsequently, the clubs agreed on an out of court settlement.
