Celano FC Marsica won a case at FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber
After Jozef Tokos had initiated and analyzed the training compensation case relating to the player Alain Faccini for the Italian club Celano FC Marsica, he subsequently intermediated the legal representation. Celano FC Marsica was successful at the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber in his dispute with the Maltese club Sliema Wanderers FC. According to the DRC verdict, Sliema Wanderers FC is obliged to pay to Celano FC Marsica the owed training compensation. The clubs have agreed on instalments.
