Liptovsky Mikulas won a dispute with Liberec at the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber

After the players´ agent Jozef Tokos had initiated and analyzed the training compensation case relating to the player Michal Janec for the Slovak second division club MFK Tatran Liptovsky Mikulas, he subsequently intermediated the legal representation. MFK Tatran Liptovsky Mikulas was successful at the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber in his dispute with the Czech club FC Slovan Liberec. According to the DRC verdict delivered on March 28, 2014, Liberec was obliged to pay to Liptovsky Mikulas the owed training compensation. Yesterday the clubs agreed on a withdrawal of Liberec´s appeal to CAS and on a settlement.
