Sparta wants Oravec, his end in Žižkov is very probable

There are several top Czech clubs interested in the 23 years old goal scorer, the talent from Viktoria Zizkov – mass media talk mainly about Sparta Praha and Banik Ostrava, but also foreign clubs are in the consideration.
“Though Tomas has a contract with Zizkov till the end June 2004, the probability that he will transfer before the beginning of the spring part of the season, is very high, ” said Oravec´s manager Jozef Tokos, from a sports marketing agency P.L.A.Y., for SITA. “I think that all parties involved should find a solution. But his present club is the most important in the decision-making. If Viktoria Zizkov approves the transfer, I will start to deal with it. I think it is very probable that in the spring, Tomas will play already in another club.”
The Oravec´s transfer to Sparta is considered as a compensation for Marek Kincl who transferred to Zenit Petrohrad. Tomas Oravec transferred to Viktoria Zizkov in January 2002, in the Slovak national team he started on the 15th August 2001 in a friendly match with Iran. In the national team he played seven matches and scored three goals.
