Juraj Czinege vs Inter Bratislava

The Juraj Czinege case is being more confusing as time goes by. According to the documents we have available it looks like someone took advantage of the information stated in the contract between the player and the club and then passed the case to FIFA. SFZ´s clearly states that Czinege´s contract is still valid and that is the reason why they refused to give the player an international clearance in order to transfer to the Austrian GAK Graz.

The fact that the content of the document SFZ has passed on to FIFA has been concealed was very surprising. FIFA officials still haven´t made a statement about their decision, neither written, nor orally.

Vladimir Wänke – SFZ sports director

Neither journalists, nor the player and his manager have been told the reasons for SFZ´s negative attitude towards Czinege´s transfer to GAK Graz.

Juraj Venglos – FIFA licensed agent

The player´s agents are convinced about the truth. They have a document from March 15th where Czinege´s club agrees with the amount of money they owe to Czinege. And the condition in the player´s contract is clear: After warning the club because of not observing the contract the player is entitled to dissolve the agreement. The club owes Czinege 300.000 Slovak crowns. Isn´t this a good enough reason?

Jozef Tokos – FIFA licensed agent

It might cost the Inter and SFZ officials a lot when the court decides for Czinege who has lost a lot of money on these complications. As you know GAK Graz advanced to the Champions League where participating players earn big amounts of money. It is clear now, that this whole case has not yet come to an end.
