Not even Thursday´s meeting between player´s agents Jozef Tokos, Juraj Venglos and the Slovak FA director Vladimir Wänke has brought solution to the complicated problem of 24-year old Slovakia national Juraj Czinege. The whole situation remained unchanged. As we know by now, Juraj Czinege withdrew from the contract with Inter Bratislava under normal circumstances valid until summer 2003. As a reason the player mentioned financial difficulties of his employer. As a result of this they weren´t fulfilling their financial duties. Inter officials however haven´t accepted Juraj´s contract cancellation and still consider the contract to be valid. Slovak FA´s decision based on written documents from both parties was to stop Czinege´s transfer to Austria by not giving out a clearance which he undoubtedly needs for his move to Austrian GAK Graz. The story landed on a desk of the FIFA offices and FIFA will most probably be the one to make the final decision. The decision about whether or not the player will be allowed to sign a professional contract. Slovak FA director Vladimir Wänke talking to SITA agency on this topic:"We consulted and discussed many things. I will not tell you anything new, I will only repeat. Slovak Football Association sent written documents in two drafts, both English and Slovak, to FIFA International Football Federation, to which we belong to and are a member of. We have to act accordingly. Should the commission members decide on giving out a player clearance we will obviously do so. The Slovak FA will definitely be waiting for the decision made by FIFA, doesn´t matter if this will be a positive or a negative one. Their decision is binding for us."
