The management of the Slovak first league football club
Dukla Banska Bystrica signed an interesting player.  The Slovakian striker Andrej Hesek, registered with the Czech side FK Teplice, signed until the end of the year. The  agent licensed by the Slovak FA Jozef Tokoš informed the SITA press agency on this transfer.

"After the striker Michal Duris had left the club, the management and head coach were considering an available alternative. The club eventually agreed with  Andrej Hesek on the co-operation until the end of the autumn part with an outlook to prolong it,"  Tomas Geist, the director general of the 3rd club from the last season of the Slovak first league says to the club`s official web site.

29-year old player with 2 Slovak national team caps was playing for Dukla in the past 10 years ago during his military service in Banska Bystrica. His career started in
Slovan Bratislava. He also played for Senica, Velky Lapas, Nitra and Jablonec. This month he agreed with Teplice on the termination of the contract and became a free agent. The necessary formal paperwork concerning the transfer to Banska Bystrica has been completed on Tuesday in the morning.

"I was following the club and the Slovak first league from  the Czech Republic. I know the coaches Marko and Varadin. Tomas Geist was at the club as well ten years ago. I also know the town and several team mates so this is not going to be a new environment for me. A lot of work has been done at the club for ten years. As to the negotiations, they were very quick and professional. I am looking forward to playing for Dukla very much," Andrej Hesek said for the club`s web site www.fkdukla.sk
