He intermediated trials in England, Scotland, the Netherlands, Italy, Russia, Germany, Turkey, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark Norway, Poland, Lithuania, Slovenia, Kazakhstan, Hungary and the Czech Republic. He intermediated a participation of a player in a players auction in India.

He passed exams to become a licensed players´ agent in 2001 with the best achievement of all the applicants (100% correct answers). He was a registered overseas agent at the English FA.

 
 
He intermediates the representation of clubs in legal disputes, especially relating to the FIFA training compensation. The following cases have been successful  at  FIFA DRC (FC Porto, RCD Mallorca, Standard Liege, Roda Kerkrade, Mechelen, Wacker Innsbruck, Slovan Liberec, Skonto Riga, Empoli, Juan Aurich of Peru, Graffin Vlasim of the Czech Republic, Zlate Moravce, Michalovce and Liptovsky Mikulas of Slovakia) and out of court settlements (FC Parma, Wacker Innsbruck, FC Porto, Roda Kerkrade, Nordsjaelland, IFK Goteborg, Alloa, Empoli, Celano, Real Sport Clube, Dukla Banska Bystrica, MFK Rimavska Sobota, both Slovakia, Amkar Perm, Union Berlin, Alta IF). Other intermediated clients are clubs, among others, from Italy, Spain, Serbia, Slovenia.

From 2016 until 2023 he was an advisor of the Slovak players´ association the Union of Football Professionals unanimously elected by the general assembly of UFP (2019, 2018, 2017, 2016).
 
In 2012 he set up a sports think-tank CENSAP - Centre of sports analyses and projects. He was elected its president.  More info on the web site censap.org

He worked as an external adviser to the minister of education, science, research and sport from 1.6. until 31. 12. 2011 + from 6. 2. until 31.3. 2012.

He led a team of experts working out a new system of the sports financing from the state budget. He also worked on a strategy for the development of motional activities of children approved by the Cabinet in August 2011 as well as two strategic documents on the national football infrastructure (2011 + 2006 approved by the Cabinet).

He worked as an adviser to the Prime Minister from 2003 until 2006. He was the leader of the team, which presented a project Victory – development and popularization of sport in February 2006. See this link:  www.reformasportu.sk.

The main objectives of the project were to attract the highest possible number of young people to sport, to reach the highest possible number of significant international successes, promotion of sport as a desirable way of entertainment.

He worked as an adviser to an MP from 2006 until 2008. He worked out a draft law on sports that was submitted to the session of the National Council of the Slovak Republic in June 2007.

He is an author of the concept of professional sports (white papers) for the Ministry of Education (2000, 2001). He is one of the authors of a proposal for a legislative intention of Law on Sports as well as a draft Law on Sports (2001, 2002)

He writes regular articles for the Sport Daily in Slovakia.

He wrote numerous articles in press of sports law and transfers of football players. Among others, he wrote an article “Transfers of football players in the mirror of the law” in the bulletin of Slovak lawyers (4/1997). In 1997 he wrote standpoints for the Slovak Football Federation about the protection of referees rights and representation of players.

He deals with the reform of central state authorities and civil service; he worked as a consultant of Phare, OECD, UNDP, and DFID.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Comenius University in Bratislava. In 2005 he passed an examination to become JUDr. and wrote thesis „Law, European Union and professional sport“ at the Faculty of Law, University in Trnava.'
