Training compensation paid to RCD Mallorca
After Jozef Tokos had analyzed the training compensation case in favour of the Spanish club RCD Mallorca, he subsequently intermediated the representation. RCD Mallorca was successful after lodging an action to the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber in its dispute with a Croatian club NK Osijek relating to the player Merveil Ndockyt. According to the verdict, NK Osijek paid to RCD Mallorca the training compensation.
