The football players of Dukla Banska Bystrica have been practising for 2 weeks for the next season 2007/2008 under the leadership of coaches Rudolf Rehák (head coach) - Pavol Michálik (assistant), Marián Michálik (goalkeepers coach). Their plan is finish better than last seasons´ 7th place. 16-year talented striker Andrej Rendla (born on 13. 10. 1990) is not in the squad, because he is to transfer to the Dutch side Twente Enschede. „It is not 100 per cent guaranteed, but everything is going smoothly. All the interested parties should be happy. At present Andrej is in the Netherlands because of medical tests. After blood tests he is to undertake other tests,“ informed the SITA agency licensed agent Jozef Tokoš on Friday in the afternoon. He represents Rendla - the Slovakian youth national team player and historically youngest player (debut on 14. 10. 2006 against Trenčín) and scorer (first goal on May 16 against Ružomberok) in the Slovakian premier division.
