Manchester United rules the business

The victory in the Europa League, the triumph in the English League Cup and securing a spot in the forthcoming Champions League. These are three main factors for Manchester United to uphold the status of the best earning football club in the world.  It is confirmed by the prestigious chart Football Money League published annually by  Deloitte. The revenues of "red devils" in the last season were  676,3 million euro. Real Madrid is the second with the revenues only 1,7 million euro less. "This os the closest difference between the top two earning clubs in the history of the chart," Jozef Tokos says  the sports analyst and football intermediary for the Economic Daily 

(...) "The increased amounts for the participation and success in European competitions played a vital role in revenues of Manchester United and other clubs as well," says Tokos. The red devils cashed in 44,5 million euro from UEFA for the successful participation in the Europa League last year. Just for the comparison, the victory in the same competition brought  Atlético Madrid "only" 10,5 million euro 5 years ago. (...)
