Jakub Sylvestr, the Slovak U17 national team player is being tested by the English club Crystal Palace, from Sunday until Friday.

The young Slovak footballer Jakub Sylvestr is tested by the English club Crystal Palace during this week. The offensive player of Slovan Bratislava, who celebrated his 17th birthday on February 2, flew to London on Sunday. On Friday he is supposed to come back home. “Jakub is usually practicing with 18-year-old players. He likes England; he also watched an FA Cup game of A-team Crystal Palace against Preston. I think his transfer abroad is possible. He had already been watched in Slovakia by the chief scout of Crystal Palace who was satisfied with his performances. Except Sylvestr, the club is testing just one another young defensive footballer from Ghana. It would be a good club for Jakub. Crystal Palace does not buy big names very often, they rely on their own academy players, so they have good conditions for upbringing talented players,” said for the SITA agency Jozef Tokoš, licensed agent SFZ, who represents the U17 national team player.
