KV Mechelen successful at the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber
After Jozef Tokos had initiated and analyzed the training compensation case relating to the player Denis Alibec for the Belgian club KV Mechelen he subsequently intermediated the legal representation. KV Mechelen was successful at the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber in his dispute with the Romanian club FC Astra Ploiesti. According to the DRC verdict, FC Astra Ploiesti was obliged to pay to KV Mechelen the owed training compensation. Subsequently the clubs have agreed on an out of court settlement.
