Roda Kerkrade successful at the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber
After Jozef Tokos had initiated and analyzed the training compensation case relating to the player Danilo Pereira for the Dutch club Roda Kerkrade he subsequently intermediated the legal representation. Roda Kerkrade was successful at the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber in his dispute with the Portuguese club CS Maritimo. According to the DRC verdict, CS Maritimo was obliged to pay to Roda Kerkrade the owed training compensation.
