The Slovak football national player Tomáš Oravec is, with the highest probability, going to wear the Austrian club Admira Mödling’s jersey from the next season,. The 23 years old forward, whose contract with the present employer Viktoria Zizkov expires on the 30th June 2004, should sign a contract for one season with a one-year option with 6th team of the last season of the T-Mobile bundes league. “We pre-set basic issues of the contract and financial conditions. Next details of the contract should be finalized during the next week when Tomas comes back from holidays. In my opinion, the transfer is going well, Bernd Krauss, the coach of Admira, is very interested in Oravec. On Friday, I have an appointment with Ivan Hornik, the sports director of Viktoria. We would be pleased if Tomas could join the practicing in Mödling even before the expiration of the current contract with Zizkov," claimed Jozef Tokos, player’s agent, for SITA agency.

Tomas Oravec transferred to Viktoria during the winter break in the season 2001/2002 from Ruzomberok. The national player of the Slovak Republic with seven caps played 53 matches in the highest Czech league, in which he scored 16 times. Besides Admira, also clubs from Spain and Germany were interested in the former Kosice player.
